Horror Short Review: Screenshot (2020)
There’s something so impressive about horror shorts that are a minute (or less) long, especially when they’re as solid as Screenshot is.
A film by Ana Croce and Leonardo Roque, it sees a young woman checking out the new features of her latest iPhone update, in particular, a new way to take screenshots. Except this seems to summon something horrific.
It’s silly, but does build some tension, paying that off with a cheap, but effective, jump scare. It’s over in less than a minute, so you can’t be surprised by the lack of substance. However, that doesn’t mean it isn’t enjoyable! Check it out yourself, below.
